RETURN and DELIVERY conditions

- In Russia, delivery is made by company SDEC to the apartment in or delivery point.
- For the rest of the world delivery is made by Russian Post

After sending the order the customer will be assigned an individual tracking number to track the order.

Terms of return:

If the purchased product does not fit you, it is possible to return or exchange for an identical product of a different size under a number of conditions:

-Exchange/return period of 14 days

-The product must retain its marketable appearance and must not be worn or washed.

-Refunds or exchanges are made after we receive the product. Delivery is carried out by SDEC at the expense of the buyer.

-If the product is damaged, worn or washed, the refund is partial based on the specific situation.

-Return implies only the cost of the product without taking into account the delivery.

-Refunds are issued by the same method of payment used to make the purchase. Depending on the method of payment, the refund may take up to 5 working days.

If you decide to issue a refund, please write us your order number, what product did not fit and why.
